Tomato Kasundi

An Indian spiced tomato relish. Use on egg sandwiches, grilled cheese, on bowl of rice, on anything that could use a boost of flavor. Mildly spicy. 
Made with our own produce. 
Sunrise Sauce tomatoes, sweet red peppers, Hot Wax hot peppers, extra virgin olive oil, organic apple cider vinegar, onions, garlic, ginger, turmeric root, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, sugar, salt. 
8 oz glass jar, shelf stable for a year. Refrigerate after opening and consume within a couple of weeks.
