1. Chicken Pad Thai Boneless thighs, rice noodles, home-grown eggs, bean sprouts, green beans and scallions tossed in a savory-sweet tamarind sauce. Finished with seasoned peanuts and a squeeze of fresh lime.

2. Asian Slaw Cucumber, kale, cabbage, carrots & bean sprouts in peach sweet chili sauce.

4. Sprouted Lentil & Basmati Pilaf With carrots, celery, onion & fresh herbs.
5. Appetizer of the Week - Smoked Chicken Quesadilla Local organic chicken, grilled corn, black beans, fresh jalapenos, grilled red onion, sharp cheddar cheese. Served with fresh green habanero & tomatillo crema.
