Heating Instructions

Although we do our best to list ingredients, some may not be. If you have any food allergies and are not sure our food is safe for you, please contact us!
Even though all our containers are microwave safe, this may affect the quality of some items, such as proteins, fried or breaded foods.
Remember preheating is essential for proper results.

Delivering Wednesday, August 20th 

1. Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese - Slow smoked pork with our house made honey barbecue sauce over creamy cheddar mac with a garlic & paprika crumb topping. 
* Versions available: Chicken or Vegetarian fire roasted eggplant, please specify in Cart before checkout Add Extra Pork / Chicken / Vegetarian Mac & Cheese  In a covered baking dish @350 for 10-12 min. Uncover, stir and top with crumbs. Bake another 3-5 min. Heat Pork in a saute pan with a few tablespoons water on med. heat. Stir while heating until the water cooks out. Plate mac & top with pork or serve on side.

2. BBQ Roasted Baby Carrots & Snow Peas - With garlic & sage buttermilk ranch. In a baking dish @350 for 6-8 min. Dip or drizzle with ranch to serve

3. Falafel - Crispy fried chickpea fritters with garlic, onion & cilantro.  
Served with tahini yogurt, tomato chili sauce & pickled fresh cucumber & cabbage slaw. * Add Extra Falafel Add Protein: Shawarma Chicken Bake falafel uncovered @350 for 6-8 min. 

4. Summer Basmati Pilaf  - Fluffy basmati rice tossed with sweet corn, zucchini, green beans, fresh herbs, and lemon zest. Bake covered @350 for 12-14 min. Uncover, stir & heat another 3-5 min.
4a. Za'atar & Olive Oil Brushed Pitas Add Extra Pitas Lightly warm in the oven for 1-2 min. just before serving
 
5. Appetizer of the Week - Charred Tomatoes with Yogurt 
Smoky blistered cherry tomatoes over lemony yogurt, finished with olive oil and herbs, served with baguette slices. 
* Version available: 2 Mini Curry Vegetable Hand Pies with mint chutney, please specify in Cart before checkout * Add Extra Appetizer of the Week  In an oven safe dish heat the tomatoes. Pour yogurt sauce into a like size dish. Top with hot tomatoes. Toast baguette rounds for 3-5 min @350 before serving.

6. Dessert of the Week - S'mores Bars 
House made marshmallow & caramel in a home made graham cracker crust, topped with chocolate ganache * Add Extra Dessert of the Week
