Heating Instructions

While we strive to list all ingredients, some may be missing. If you have any food allergies and are unsure about the safety of our food for you, please reach out to us!

Although all our containers are microwave-safe, microwaving may affect the quality of certain items, such as proteins or fried/breaded foods.

Important: Preheating is essential for optimal results!

 

Delivering Wednesday, September 10th 2025 
  

1. Tomatillo Chicken - Wood-fire grilled chicken, simmered in a tomatillo sauce with garlic, onion, limes and cilantro. Served with charred poblano crema and pickled hot peppers.  Baked covered @350 for 8-10 min. Uncover & heat another 3-5 min.
* Versions available: Grilled Vegetarian Skewers in tomatillo sauce (Shinkansen eggplant , squash, peppers),  please specify in Cart. Add Extra Tomatillo Chicken / Vegetarian Skewers 

2. Pappas a la Mexicana 
Roasted local white potatoes with Cubanelle peppers and baby tomatoes. 
 Bake uncovered @350 for 12-14 min
3. Vegetarian Thai Green Curry - Eggplant, sweet peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans in a coconut sauce with house made curry paste.  In a saute pan, tear or cut chicken into [an and add sauce. Bring to simmer and add vegetables. Stir gently and heat another 3-5 min.
Add Protein: Thai Boxing Chicken (marinated in coconut milk, palm sugar, garlic and cilantro and grilled) 
4. Steamed Jasmine Rice  Bake covered @350 for 12-14 min. Plate and spoon curry over rice to serve.
 
5. Appetizer of the Week – Spinach & Artichoke Dip 
Creamy spinach and artichokes baked with garlic and cheese. Served with organic corn tortilla chips. * Version available: 2 Mini Curry Vegetable Hand Pies with mint chutney, please specify in Cart * Add Extra Appetizer of the Week 
Bale uncovered @350 for 12-14 min. or until bubbling hot 


6. Dessert of the Week – Coffee Cardamom Pound Cake

Bread of the Week – Bolillo Savory, oval-shaped Mexican bread with a crunchy crust and a soft, fluffy interior. * Add Bread of the Week
