Although all our containers are microwave-safe, microwaving may affect the quality of certain items, such as proteins or fried/breaded foods.
Important: Preheating is essential for optimal results!
Delivering Wednesday, December 17th 2025
1. Bison Chili - Classic chili con carne - With tomatoes, peppers, onions, kidney beans, local ground bison. Served with green onion sour cream, shredded cheddar and hot sauce. *Versions available: Chicken or Vegetarian Bring to simmer over low heat, stirring often while heating, 14-18 min. Place in a bowl next to the rice, top with cheese, sour cream & hot sauce as desired. ***Or place rice next to the chili in a 10" or bigger oven safe skillet. Bake covered 15 min. Remove cover & top with cheese. Heat another 2-3 min.
* Add Extra Bison / Chicken / Vegetarian Chili
2. Steamed Jasmine Rice & Corn Tortilla Chips Bake rice covered @350 for 14-18 min. Stir halfway through heating.
3. Thai Garlic Shrimp with Snow Peas - Shrimp sauteed in a fragrant Thai garlic sauce with crisp-tender snow peas. In a saute pan on high heat. Add sghrimp & peas. Stir/toss while heating, 2-3 min.
*Version available: Vegetarian (Mushrooms, eggplant, roasted peppers)

4. Pad Thai - ***Rice noodles with carrots, sweet peppers, onions, cabbage, bean sprouts and eggs in tamarind sauce. Spiced peanuts on the side. *Add Pad Thai Noodles In a saute pan on med. heat. Add noodles, veg & extra sauce. Stir/toss while heating, 2-3 min. Plate & top with spiced peanuts to serve.
***We received lo Mein noodles in our delivery rather than rice noodles. Our Apologies for the last minute substitution
5. Appetizer of the Week - Crab Dip with Puffed Rice Chips
Creamy dip with lump crab, sharp cheddar, cream cheese and paprika. Served with crisp puffed rice chips. * Versions available: Vegan Chili or 2 Mini Curry Vegetable Hand Pies with mint-tamarind chutney * Add Extra Crab Dip Bake uncovered in an oven safe dish @350 till bubbling hot, 10-12 min.
6. Dessert of the Week - Pumpkin Whoopie Pie Filled with whipped maple cream cheese. * Version available: any cookies or mini apple hand pies available in Fresh Baked * Add Extra Dessert of the Week
