Although all our containers are microwave-safe, microwaving may affect the quality of certain items, such as proteins or fried/breaded foods.
Important: Preheating is essential for optimal results!
Delivering Wednesday, October 1st 2025
1. Chorizo & Cheddar–Stuffed Corno di Toro Peppers
Local grown sweet Italian peppers roasted and filled with smoky chorizo, caramelized onions, and cheddar. Served with papalo-lime crema. Bake uncovered @325 for 12-14 min. Plate and drizzle with crema to serve
* Version Available: Vegetarian Sweet Potato & Black bean & cheddar–stuffed peppers.
2. Mexican Rice with Corn & Poblanos - Rice with roasted corn, poblano peppers, green onion and Mexican oregano. * Add Extra Chorizo / Vegetarian Peppers
Bake covered @350 for 14-18 min. Uncover halfway through heating to stir.
3. Honey-Sesame & Miso Glazed Salmon
Salmon fillet roasted with a sweet miso, honey, and sesame glaze, finished with scallions and toasted sesame seeds. * Version available: Honey-Sesame & Miso Glazed Chicken * Add Extra Salmon / Chicken Bake uncovered @350 for 8-10 min.
4. Japchae (Korean Glass Noodle Stir-Fry)
Stir-fried sweet potato glass noodles tossed with sesame oil, garlic, spinach, carrots, celery, bean sprouts, green beans and peppers. * Add Extra Japchae Add noodles & veg with a couple tablespoons water to a saute pan. Heat on med while stirring/tossing, 4-6 min.
5. Soup of the Week- Sopa de Lima - Chicken, roasted tomatoes & peppers in a lime-paprika broth. Topped with tortilla strips and sour cream. Bring to simmer over med. heat. Add crisp tortilla & sour cream(2oz in pepper box) to serve
* Version available: 2 Mini Curry Vegetable Hand Pies with mint chutney

6. Dessert of the Week - Carrot Cake - With maple cream cheese frosting.
