Heating Instructions

Even though all our containers are microwave safe, this may affect the quality of some items, such as proteins, fried or breaded foods.
Remember preheating is essential for proper results.
Delivering Wednesday March 26th
1. Meatballs Parmesan Local grown beef & pork, penne marinara & house made fresh mozzarella
* Vegetarian Eggplant version available, please specify in cart before checkout
* Add Vegetarian Eggplant Meatballs with marinara and mozzarella
* Add Beef & Pork Meatballs with marinara and mozzarella
Pour half the marinara into a baking dish and place meatballs on top. Bake uncovered @350 for 12-14 min. Add mozzarella and bake another 3-5 min.
2. Roasted Garlic Italian Bread on a baking sheet @350 for 4-6 min.
3. Spanakopita Layers of buttered filo, spinach, onions, garlic & feta cheese
* Add grilled lemon, garlic & oregano Chicken
* Order additional Spanakopita
Bake uncovered @350 for 12-14 min.
4. Mediterranean Brown Rice & Chickpea Pilaf
Spouted lentils, sun dried tomatoes, red onion, black olives baby spinach, lemon & olive oil Enjoy cold or room temp. Lightly warm in a sautet pan on med. heat for 2-3 min. if desired warm.
5. Soup of the Week - Avgolemono Creamy lemon, chicken, egg & toasted orzo
Bring to simmer over. med. heat.until slightly thickened. Stir often while heating, 6-8 min.
6. Dessert
of the Week - Carrot Cake
Maple cream cheese frosting with HomeGrown maple syrup
Bread of the Week - Honey Oat * available in add-ons
