Heating Instructions

Although all our containers are microwave-safe, microwaving may affect the quality of certain items, such as proteins or fried/breaded foods.

Important: Preheating is essential for optimal results!

 

Delivering Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 


1. Chicken Cordon Bleu - Breaded chicken breast stuffed with ham and Swiss cheese, baked and served with roasted garlic cream sauce. Bake uncovered @350 for 10-12 min. Lightly warm sauce and drizzle over to serve.

* Version available: No Ham or Vegetarian Stuffed Sweet Peppers (green lentils, brown rice, sundried tomatoes, cheddar) * Add Extra Chicken / Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers 

2. Sour Cream & Chive Mashed Potatoes 
Creamy mashed potatoes blended with tangy sour cream and fresh chives. Bake covered @350 for 10-12 min. Uncover, stir and heat another 5-6 min.

2a. Roasted Autumn Vegetable Medley 
A mix of carrots, parsnips, Hakurei turnips, and purple top turnips, roasted and finished with a sweet-tangy honey-balsamic glaze. In a baking dish @350 for 10-12 min.

3. Swiss Chard Galettes - Flaky handmade pastry filled with braised Swiss chard, caramelized onions, aged cheddar and herbs, topped with ricotta, pine nuts. In a preheated heavy bottom pan or pizza stone @350 for 6-8 min.

4. Creamy Orzo Risotto with Roasted Butternut Squash 
Tender orzo simmered with lemon and thyme, topped with roasted butternut squash and sweet peppers glazed in miso, maple, and a hint of cinnamon. Bake the butternut @350 for 10-12 min. Lightly warm the sauce in a saute pan & add the orzo. Stir in till creamy and thickened, 2-3 min. Spoon orzo into a dish and top with the butternut to serve.

5. Soup of the Week – New England Clam Chowder 
Creamy chowder with tender clams, potatoes, and our house-smoked bacon. 
* Versions available: No Bacon Clam Chowder or Vegan Chili (black beans, corn, butternut, sweet potato, tomatoes) or 2 Mini Curry Vegetable Hand Pies with mint chutney * Add Extra Clam Chowder / Vegan Chili Bring to simmer over medium heat. Stir while heating, 6-8 min.


6. Dessert of the Week - Cranberry Oat & White Chocolate Cookies 
Chewy oatmeal cookies studded with tart dried cranberries and creamy white chocolate chips. * Version available: any cookies available in Fresh Baked
