Heating Instructions

Although all our containers are microwave-safe, microwaving may affect the quality of certain items, such as proteins or fried/breaded foods.
Important: Preheating is essential for optimal results!
Delivering Wednesday April 29th
1. Apple Cider-Brined Smoked Chicken - Boneless chicken breasts, lightly smoked and finished over the wood fire. Served with chive butter. In a saute pan on med. heat with enough oil or butter to coat the pan. Add chicken to the hot pan and saute for 1-2 min. If desired, add pasta, veg & sauce. Gently stir/toss while heating, 3-5 min. Or heat pasta as a separate dish.

2. Penne with Stone Ground Mustard Cream - Roasted peppers, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes & artichoke hearts. In a saute pan on med. heat. Add pasta, veg & sauce. Gentl;y stir/toss while heating, 3-5 min.

2a. Garlic & Chive Buttered Ciabatta Rolls Lightly warm 2-3 min. @350
3. Pan Seared Crab Cakes - Maryland style lump crab cakes with roasted peppers and green onion. Pan seared in olive oil, served with smoked cucumber and roasted pepper remoulade. Bake uncovered @350 for 12-14 min. Plate & drizzle with sauce to serve.
* Version available: Lemon & Oregano Chicken or 2 Swiss Chard Galettes
4. Brown Rice Pilaf - With honey braised carrots, spinach, baby kale & collards, roasted garlic & fresh herbs. Bale covered @450 for 12-14 min. Uncover, stir & heat another 2-3 min. Or in a saute pan on high heat with enough oil or butter toc coat the pan. Add rice to the hot pan, gently sti/toss while heating, 2-3 min.
5. Soup of the Week - Creamy Tomato Basil - With garlic & Parmesan panko crisps.
* Add Extra Soup Bring to simmer over med. heat. Top with parm crumbs to serve.
6. Dessert of the Week - Mini Apple Hand Pies - In homemade flaky all butter crust. Warm in the oven @3250 for 2-3 min. if desired.
