Although all our containers are microwave-safe, microwaving may affect the quality of certain items, such as proteins or fried/breaded foods.
Important: Preheating is essential for optimal results!
Delivering Wednesday, December 3rd 2025
1. Chicken Tikka Masala - Boneless breast and thighs in a mild yogurt marinade, oven-roasted and simmered with tomatoes, onions, and cream. Served with a sweet and spicy pomegranate & onion chutney.
* Versions available: Vegetarian medley (eggplant, broccoli, potatoes, carrots, green peas).
* Add Extra Chicken / Vegetarian Masala
Stovetop (best):

Add masala to a saucepan.

Warm over medium heat 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Oven:
-
Preheat to 350°F.
-
Transfer to an oven-safe dish, cover with foil.

Heat 18–22 minutes until hot.
Vegetarian Masala: same instructions.
2. Turmeric Rice - Basmati rice with green peas, carrots, and toasted barley.
Stovetop (best):

Add a splash of water.
-
Warm over medium-low heat 5–7 minutes, covered.
Oven:
-
Preheat to 325°F.
-
Cover tightly with foil.

Heat 12–15 minutes.
2a. Grilled Garlic Naan - Brushed with roasted garlic olive oil. * Add Extra Naan
Oven (best):

Preheat to 350°F.

Warm 3–4 minutes.
Stovetop:

Heat in a dry skillet 1–2 minutes per side.
3. Fish Tacos (4) - Crispy panko fried haddock, shredded cabbage, cotija, baja sauce, HomeGrown fermented hot sauce, organic corn tortillas.
* Versions available: Chicken or Vegetarian eggplant
* Add 4 Extra Fish / Chicken / Eggplant Tacos
Fish (keep crispy)
Oven only:

Preheat to 375°F.

Place fish on a tray.

Heat 8–10 minutes until crisp.
Corn Tortillas
Oven (easy): Wrap in foil → 350°F for 6–8 minutes.
Stovetop: Warm in a dry pan 20–30 sec per side.
4. Papas A la Mexicana - Pinto potatoes roasted with peppers, onions, tomatoes, garlic and Mexican oregano. *Add Protein: Chili Garlic and Mexican Oregano Chicken
Oven (best):

Preheat to 375°F.

Spread on a tray.

Heat 10–12 minutes until sizzling.
Stovetop:

Heat in a skillet over medium heat 6–8 minutes.
Add Protein Chicken:

Warm separately (covered) at 350°F for 10 minutes or in skillet 5–6 minutes.
5. Soup of the Week - Seafood Chowder - Our own smoked pork belly, haddock, shrimp, clams, scallops and crab, rich and creamy with white wine and cheddar cheese.
- Versions available: Vegan Chili or 2 Mini Curry Vegetable Hand Pies with mint-tamarind chutney * Add Extra Soup
Warm over medium-low heat 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Dessert of the Week - Cranberry Oat & White Chocolate Cookies
Chewy oatmeal cookies studded with tart dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
* Version available: any cookies available in Fresh Baked * Add Extra Dessert of the Week
