Heating Instructions

Although we do our best to list ingredients, some may not be. If you have any food allergies and are not sure our food is safe for you, please contact us!
Even though all our containers are microwave safe, this may affect the quality of some items, such as proteins, fried or breaded foods.
Remember preheating is essential for proper results.

Delivering Wednesday April 23.   
  
1. Bacon Cheddar Meatloaf - Beef & pork with house made bacon, sharp cheddar, sweet peppers & onions. Baked topped with sun dried tomato ketchup. Served with caramelized onion gravy.   
* Eggplant & lentil with marinara version available, please specify in Cart before checkout 
* Grilled Chicken with bacon and cheddar version available (also no bacon) 
* Add Extra Meatloaf  
* Add Vegetarian Meatloaf 
* Add Grilled Chicken with bacon and cheddar 
 Bake uncovered @350 for 12-14 min. Pour gravy into the pan with the meatloaf for the final 3-4 min. of heating or bring to simmer in a saucepan on med. heat. 


2. Sour Cream and Chive Whipped Potatoes  Bake covered @350 for 12-14 min Stur halfway through heating. Or in a saucepan on low heat. Stir often while heating, 3-5 min.

2a. Roasted Garlic and Herb Buttered Carrots, Broccoli & Cauliflower In a saute pan on med. heat. Add veg to the hot pan. Gently stir/toss while heating, 3-5 min.
 
3. Eggplant Rollatini - Grilled cutlets brushed with roasted garlic olive oil, filled with ricotta, roasted peppers, asparagus & green onion. Served with sage & lemon yogurt sauce & za'atar spiced pecans 
* Add Za'atar Grilled Chicken Tenders  Bake Covered @350 for 6-8 min. Remove cover & heat another 3-5 min.  Plate & Top with yogurt sauce & pecans to serve.
4. Linguine al Limon - with baby spinach in a saute pan on med. heat with a few tablespoons water. Stir/toss while heating, 3-5 min.
 
 
5. Soup of the Week - Creamy Tomato Basil - With sliced focaccia Bring to simmer over med. heat.
   
 6. Dessert of the Week - Chocolate Banana Crinkle Cookies
