Delivering Wednesday, February 18 2026
1. Ginger-Soy Glazed Beef & Pork Meatballs - Tender meat balls tossed in a sticky ginger, garlic & soy glaze. * Versions available: Chicken Satays or Eggplant & Mushroom Tempura * Add Extra Meatballs / Chicken Satays / Veggie Tempura In the oven in a covered baking dish @350 for 12-14 min. Uncover & heat another 2-3 min. Or in a saute pan on low heat, add a few tablespoons of water. Stir while heating until the water cooks out, 6-8 min.
2. Sesame Noodles - Lo Mein noodles tossed with mushrooms, snow peas, celery, onion & bean sprouts, toasted sesame oil, garlic and a light soy finish, topped with scallions and sesame seeds. *Add Extra Noodles In a saute pan on med. heat with enough oil or butter to coat the pan. Add veg, noodles and a few tablespoons water. Stir while heating until sauce slightly thickens, 4-6 min.
2a. Cucumber, Radish Sprouts & Scallion Relish - Fresh chopped cucumber and scallions lightly dressed with rice vinegar, ginger and a touch of garlic. Enjoy cold, stir/shake before serving.
3. Cauliflower Frittata - Caramelized onions, cheddar, rosemary,basil, baby spinach, eggs. Baked in sesame seeds and topped with onion rings.
*Add Extra Cauliflower Frittata In a cast iron or heavy bottom pan on med. heat with enough oil or butter to coat the pan. Sear the cut edges till golden brown. Or bake uncovered @350 for 12-14 min.
4. Za’atar Roasted Potatoes
Yukon Gold potatoes with lemon-garlic yogurt sauce. On a baking sheet @350 for 6-8 min. Plate and drizzle with sauce to serve.
5. Soup of the Week - Vegetarian Broccoli & Cheddar - Carrots, onions, celery, sharp cheddar & broccoli. * Versions available: Vegan Chili or 2 Chorizo Hand Pies or 2 Mini Curried Vegetable Hand Pies * Add Extra Soup Bring to simmer over low heat, Stir while heating, 6-8 min.
6. Dessert of the Week - Dark Chocolate, Cranberry & White Chocolate Chip Cookies* Version available: any cookies available in Fresh Baked
