Heating Instructions
Although we do our best to list ingredients, some may not be. If you have any food allergies and are not sure our food is safe for you, please contact us!
Even though all our containers are microwave safe, this may affect the quality of some items, such as proteins, fried or breaded foods.
Remember preheating is essential for proper results.
Delivering Wednesday Feb 19th
1. Coffee Rubbed Pork - Boneless loin chops with our house made coffee rub.
Cast iron grilled & brushed with bacon butter. Served with apple chutney

In a cast iron or heavy bottom pan on med. heat. Add pork chops to hot pan and heat one minute. Turn over and put pan in the oven @350 for 6-8 min. Check for doneness and cook longer if desired. Lightly warm the apple chutney in a saucepan on low heat or add to the pan with the pork for the final minute of heating.
2. Garlic Mashed Potatoes -Bake covered @350 for 12-14 min. Stir half way through heating. Or in a saucepan on low heat. Stir while heating.
Roasted Broccoli & Cauliflower with parmesan panko crumb Bake uncovered @350 for 6-8 min.
3. Curry Vegetable Hand Pies Sweet potato, butternut, carrots, green peas, cheddar cheese in hand made flaky pastry. Served with cucumber lime raita
*Add a side of Grilled Curry Chicken here Bake uncovered @350 for 6-8 min.
4. Mejadra spiced green lentils & basmati with crispy onions Bake covered @350 for 12-14 min. Stir half way through heating. Or in a saute pan on med. heat with enough oil or butter to coat the pan. Add mejadra to the pan and gently stir/toss while heating, 3-5 min.
5. Soup of the Week - Chicken Broccoli & Cheddar Bring to simmer over low heat. Stir often while heating, 6-8 min.

6. Dessert of the Week - Apple Spice Cake with maple cream cheese frosting
Bread of the Week - Sprouted Kamut & Caramelized Onion Sourdough
