Heating Instructions

Even though all our containers are microwave safe, this may affect the quality of some items, such as proteins, fried or breaded foods.
Remember preheating is essential for proper results.
Delivering Wednesday April 2nd
1. Chicken Tikka Masala - Boneless breast & thighs in a spiced yogurt marinade,
oven roasted & stewed with tomatoes, onions & cream. Served with spicy onion chutney ***Onion chutney is packed with shrimp skewers Bake covered @350 for 8-10 min. Uncover & stir. Heat another 6-8 min. or until bubbling hot. Or in a saute or sauce pan on med. heat. Stir often while heating, 6-8 min.

2. Turmeric Rice - Basmati rice with green peas & toasted barley
Bake covered @350 for 8-10 min. Uncover & stir. Heat another 3-5 min.
2a. Grilled Garlic Naan - Brushed with garlic scapes & olive oil
* Add extra naan bread
Just before serving lightly warm in the oven for 2-3 min.
3. Chili Garlic Shrimp Skewers - With mango butter
* Chili Garlic Chicken Tender Satays substitution available, please specify in Cart before checkout * Add Chili Garlic Shrimp Skewers * Add Chicken Tender Satays
On a baking sheet @350 heat the shrimp skewers for 6-8 min. You can either bake with the butter or spread butter over hot shrimp before serving.
4. Pad See Ew - Rice noodles with sticky soy, garlic & fresh ginger, steamed broccoli & carrots, homegrown eggs & mushrooms
In a saute pan on high heat with enough oil or butter to coat the pan. Add noodles to the hot pan and gently stir/toss while heating, 3-5 min.
5. Soup of the Week - Curried Carrot & Coconut Bisque - With chili maple pepitas
bring to simmer over med. heat until slightly thickened
6. Dessert of the Week - Matcha & White Chocolate Mini Bundt Cake With limoncello glaze
Bread of the Week - Crusty Sesame Sourdough Baguette *available in add-ons
Re-crisp the baguette if desired. place in the oven preheated to 375 for 2-3 min. before serving.
