Although all our containers are microwave-safe, microwaving may affect the quality of certain items, such as proteins or fried/breaded foods.
Important: Preheating is essential for optimal results!
Delivering Wednesday June 10th
1. Thai Garlic Chicken with Broccoli - Local chicken sauteed in a fragrant Thai garlic sauce with roasted broccoli florets tossed in a light ginger-soy glaze. In a saute pan on high heat with enough oil or butter to coat the pan. Add chicken. Heat 2-3 min & add broccoli to the pan or roast broccoli uncovered @350 for 8-10 min. 2-3 min.
* Version available: Vegetarian (Mushrooms, tofu, roasted peppers)

2. Pad Thai - Rice noodles, home-grown eggs, fresh bean sprouts, and scallions tossed in a savory-sweet tamarind sauce. Finished with seasoned peanuts and a squeeze of fresh lime. In a saute pan on high heat with enough oil to coat the pan. Add noodles & veg to the pan then pour in extra sauce. Stir/toss while heating, 3-5 min. Plate and top with spiced peanuts to serve.
3. Smoked Mozzarella Arancini - Risotto stuffed with house made & smoked fresh mozzarella. Served with roasted pepper marinara. Bake uncovered @350 for 8-10 min. Warm sauce on low heat until simmering. Spoon sauce into a shallow bowl and place arancini on top to serve.. Version available: Any 2 Hand Pies or 2 Swiss Chard Galettes

4. Honey - Balsamic Roasted Carrots Bake uncovered @350 for 12-14 min.
4a. Spring Greens Petit Salad
Peppery arugula, mizuna, Golden Frills mustards and tender spinach with cucumbers, radishes, and carrots, served with house-made green goddess dressing. * Add Extra Spring Greens Petit Salad
4b. Garlic & Herb Focaccia Slices
5. Carrot Ginger Bisque - Silky roasted carrot bisque blended with fresh ginger, garlic, and vegetable stock, finished with a swirl of wasabi cream and toasted pepitas. Bring to simmer over med. heat. Portion in bowls and top with wasabi cream & pepitas to serve.

6. Dessert of the Week - Strawberry - Rhubarb Meringue Roulade - Oven roasted rhubarb, fresh strawberries, mascarpone cream.* Version available: any cookies available in Fresh Baked * Add Extra Dessert of the Week
