Although all our containers are microwave-safe, microwaving may affect the quality of certain items, such as proteins or fried/breaded foods.
Important: Preheating is essential for optimal results!
Delivering Wednesday, November 12th 2025
1. Lion’s Head Meatballs - Pork meatballs seasoned with fresh ginger, green onion, and Shaoxing wine. Glazed with a soy-hoisin brown sauce and served over cabbage braised in ramen broth. In a covered baking dish @350 for 12-14 min. Uncover for final 3-5 min. heating. Plate meatballs on top of cabbage & drizzle with sauce to serve.
* Versions available: Grilled Chicken Tenders or Vegetarian Stir-Fry (mushrooms, tofu, sweet peppers) * Add Extra Pork Meatballs / Chicken / Vegetarian Stir-Fry
2. Miso Butter Linguine - Linguine tossed with sautéed peppers, mushrooms, onions and garlic in a white miso butter sauce with a hint of soy and sesame. Finished with spinach, scallions and a sprinkle of furikake. *Add Extra Linguine In a saute pan on high heat. Add noodles, veg & a couple tablespoons water. Stir/toss while heating until the water cooks out, 3-5 min.
3. Vegetarian Chili - Butternut, carrots, sweet potatoes, chickpeas, black beans, sweet peppers & tomatoes. Served with sour cream and shredded cheese. Bring to simmer over low heat. Stir while heating, 3-5 min. Sour Cream & Cheese are packed in the quesadilla box.

4. Garlic White Rice Bake covered @350 for 12-14 min or in a saute pan on high heat with enough oil or butter to coat the pan. Add rice to the hot pan and gently toss/stir while heating, 2-3 min.
4a. Honey Buttered Corn Bread lightly warm in the oven before serving if desired
5. Appetizer of the Week - Smoked Turkey Quesadilla - Smoked turkey, poblano peppers, cheddar, and caramelized onions in a flour tortilla. Served with charred tomato salsa. Bake uncovered @350 for 6-8 min. Cut in wedges to serve

6. Dessert of the Week - Pumpkin Tea Cake with Mascarpone Cream
