Heating Instructions

While we strive to list all ingredients, some may be missing. If you have any food allergies and are unsure about the safety of our food for you, please reach out to us!

Although all our containers are microwave-safe, microwaving may affect the quality of certain items, such as proteins or fried/breaded foods.

Important: Preheating is essential for optimal results!  

Delivering Wednesday June 24th 

 

1. Chicken Francese - Tender chicken breast lightly coated in a delicate egg batter, pan-seared until golden and finished in a bright lemon-white wine sauce with fresh herbs.   In a saute pan on low heat. Warm chicken on each side for 1-2 min. Add sauce to the pan and simmer for 8-10 min. Or uncovered in a baking dish @350. Add chicken, pour sauce over & bake 14-18 min.

* Version available: Vegetarian Eggplant Add Chicken / Vegetarian Francese 

2. Garlic & Herb-Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes On a baking sheet @350 for 6-8 min.

On a baking sheet for 6-8 min. @350
 

3. Pasta e Piselli - Pasta with snow peas and snap peas in a basil-yogurt sauce. Served warm or chilled with muhumurra, a condiment made with walnuts, roasted red peppers, and olive oil. In a saute pan on med. heat. Add pasta & a few tablespoons water. Gently stir/toss while heating, 6-8 min. Plate & top with muhumarra to serve.

* Version available: Any 2 Hand Pies or 2 Swiss Chard Galettes

Add Protein : Grilled Lemon, Garlic, Za’atar & Pomegranate Molasses Chicken 
4. Garlic Bread Bake uncovered @350 till lightly browned

 

5. Soup of the Week - New England Clam Chowder - Creamy chowder with tender clams, potatoes, and our house-smoked bacon. * Versions available: No Bacon Clam Chowder or Creamy Tomato Basil Soup Add Extra Soup Bring to simmer over low heat, stir often while heating, 8-12 mi.

 

6. Dessert of the Week - Tiramisu
