Even though all our containers are microwave safe, this may affect the quality of some items, such as proteins, fried or breaded foods.
Remember preheating is essential for proper results.
Delivering Wednesday Oct. 9th
Meat Lasagna House made mozzarella, ground beef & ricotta in layers of fresh pasta with marinara. * vegetarian roasted pepper & eggplant substitute available. Please specify in shopping cart before checkout. Set mozzarella aside. Cut lasagna in half and place in a baking dish with some space between pieces. Bake @350 for 12-14 min. then top with mozzarella. Bake another 3-5 min. until cheese is melted.
2. Pesto Roasted Vegetables Eggplant, cauliflower, carrots, sweet peppers, red onion, basil pesto* *contains pine nuts Spread veg out in a baking dish & heat uncovered @350 for 8-10 min.
2. Garlic & Oregano Focaccia Lightly warm for 1-2 min. just before serving if desired.
3. Camarones Kissin Shrimp braised in a sauce of pumpkin, coconut milk, habanero peppers & pumpkin seed mole with roasted baby plum tomatoes & sweet peppers. NON SPICY version available. Please specify in shopping cart before checkout. *chicken or mixed veg substitute available. Please specify in shopping cart if desired In a saute pan on med. heat. Add shrimp & sauce to the pan. Stir while heating, 3-5 min.
4. Braised Fall Greens Baby mustards, kale, collards & arugula with mild chilies, garlic, lime & olive oil. In a saute pan on med. heat. Add enough oil or butter to coat the pan, then add greens, a tablespoon or two of water and gently toss/stir while heating, 1-2 min. Spoon shrimp & sauce over polenta cakes along side the greens to serve.
4.Jalapeno & Cheddar Corn Cakes Bake uncovered @350 for 12-14 min or until crisp on the outside
5.Appetizer of the Week - Bacon & Arugula Flatbreads house smoked bacon & mozzarella with caramelized onion and roasted garlic cream on sourdough whole wheat crust

on a preheated pizza stone, cast iron or heavy bottom pan @350 for 3-5 min.
6. Dessert of the Week - Gingerbread Cake with brandy apples & brown sugar whipped cream Lightly warm apples & cake(cover while heating) for best results.
