Mayan style bbq pulled chicken. Old Orchard Farm chickens, marinated in achiote, wrapped in banana leaves and slow smoked. With sweet green peppers and sharp cheddar. Baked in homemade all butter flaky pastry.

To reheat, bake at 375F for 5 mins.
