Pickled Sweet Romanian Peppers (aka Gogosari)

Our own whole Sugar Rush peppers, Braggs organic apple cider vinegar, water, salt.
\n16 oz glass jar, shelf stable, refrigerate after opening. Gogosari peppers are sweet, meaty. They are cut into quarters, pickled with organic apple cider vinegar, homegrown horseradish, homegrown bay leaf, mustard seeds, salt, sugar.
\nEat as is, sandwiches, chop into dishes, blend into hot sauce. Use the vinegar around them in dressings.
