Bison Chili Meal for 2

Includes one quart of bison chili, rice, cheddar cheese, sour cream, hot sauce and organic tortilla chips. \n \nGround bison from Hackmatack Farm in Berwick Maine, beans from Baer's Best in Berwick Maine, organic tomatoes and sweet peppers, onions and spices. \n \nTo reheat: Preheat oven to 350 F. In a 10 inch oven safe dish with a lid, place the chili to one side and the rice next to it. Cover and bake for 15 mins., until chili is hot and bubbly. Remove lid, sprinkle with the cheese and continue to bake until the cheese is melted. Serve with the condiments and chips. \n \n
